Hi all! Christine here from Charleston, SC. I shifted to the virtual platform for teaching yoga and mindfulness mid March because of covid. It’s been wonderful to reconnect with students from my past and stay connected with my current students. In the beginning I was teaching 4- 5 x a week but now have scaled back to 2-3 x due to other commitments. I have been using Zoom and record every class so if students can’t make then live, they can still practice when it’s convenient for them.
