Welcome Martin Katie, Pilateserin, and Resv! Thanks for signing up for the Squad. What do you find are the most challenging aspects of virtual fitness? Teaching technique, technology, audio, studio space? Something else?
Pilateserin Interesting, we hadn't heard that one before. We've been aware that trainers struggle to keep themselves in frame, but not the opposite. When you teach, do you spend more time doing the movements yourself, or observing your clients?
Matthew DiPietro I spend most of my time doing the movements during the group classes and if we change from a standing to a supine position, I just shout out to move camera as they come down. When I train clients privately, I spend more time watching their form and just let them know if I can't see them well. For myself, I use a wide angle lens on my computer. It helps out tremendously!
