Does anyone have advice for someone teaching their first weight training class? I usually do body weights or resistance bands for teaching online.

Hey Emmani, 

I would suggest for a first class do the fundamentals, explain what is the target, equipment needed or optional. If you are going to target muscle groups per day schedule ahead, have a plan ahead of time, explain that to your audience so they know what to expect and GO FOR IT!
