I’m a mom of one beautiful baby girl, personal trainer and holistic nutritionist. I’m very passionate about health and fitness, and my mission is to empower women who struggle with food and diets to get fit and healthy and improve their wellbeing without giving up the food they love.
I hope to encourage you all to find a good balance between life, nutrition and fitness! I share my life on here with you and hope that you'll be inspired to do more of what makes you happy.
